Transfer _ Report card tip sheet

Transferring Student Grades to Report Cards

  1. Get to the grade book main screen

*Make sure that you are in your home room

*Make sure you are in the current quarter

*Make sure that you have correlated all your assignments to the overall grade and any descriptor the assignment relates to.

2. Click the grade book tab at the top of the page

3. Select report card preview on the drop down menu

4. Click on transfer all student grades

Checking for Report Card Grade Accuracy

*Must transfer grades before checking accuracy

1. Stay in report card preview

2. Select a student from the drop down menu near

top right hand side labeled select student

  1. In each subject area the calculated grade should match

the report card mark.

  1. If it does not match, call/e-mail me. In the meantime you can grade override (especially if you are in a time crunch).

 

Grade Override

  1. Get to the grade book main screen

 

  1. Click the report card tab at the top

 

  1. Select students in the drop down menu

 

  1. A list of your student will appear

 

  1. Click on one of your students that you would like to grade

override

  1. Make grade changes

 

  1. Click save/back to List (at the top of the page)

 

Printing Report Cards

 

  1. Get to the grade book main screen

  2. Click the report card tab at the top of the page

 

  1. In the drop down menu select students

 

  1. On the bottom left hand side of the page click view report cards

 

  1. A new page will open. Click generate report cards. Preview the report cards and print. *You manage them yourself Please make a copy for the office. The coop student will file them.
